Fantastic, but room for improvement

Pros: NIN was amazing as always! Lights were incredible, sound was incredible, venue was incredible. NIN put on an amazing show! Boy Harsher was a great opening act. Getting into the venue was super smooth, even involving parking on grass, which I thought would slow things down. Cons: NIN didn’t play Closer, which I feel like is their main song. But they did play other faves like Head Like a Hole, The Hand that Feeds, Less Than, etc. I also did not love the seating elevation at First Bank Amphitheater. Someone taller than average sat in front of me, which made it very difficult to see. Had the seats been constructed at more an incline, it would have helped. Last but not least, leaving the parking lot was atrocious. We waited 1 hour and 10 minutes before moving, and it still took 30 minutes before we got out, effectively being longer than the actual concert.

The Most Epic NIN Show of All Time.

We knew we would be in for a treat with this being the unofficial official honorary R&R HoF induction concert that got rescheduled twice due to the Covid pandemic. We did not know that both current and former band members would join forces to perform together for the first time ever. Bygone’s have been. Some of the best live performances of their songs were witnessed by all of us who were truly humbled to be there to witness them. They did not close with Hurt for, I believe, the first time since TDS’s release. This was the NIN performance of our lifetime and certainly worth the flight in from Boston. Epic.
